These Terms of Service govern your use of the ScreenMi platform, including screenmi.nl, the CMS, and the dashboard. By using ScreenMi, you agree to these terms. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Profuze B.V. We recommend reading them carefully and contacting us at [email protected] if anything is unclear.
Use of Service
ScreenMi provides a cloud-based content management system for managing and scheduling content on digital screens. By accessing or using the ScreenMi platform (screenmi.nl), including the CMS and dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You may use ScreenMi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to distribute unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the system or its underlying infrastructure.
Accounts
To use ScreenMi, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
You may invite team members to your organisation within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that all users within your account comply with these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or other users.
Content and Data
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create through ScreenMi — including images, videos, and other media. By uploading content, you grant Profuze B.V. a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, violate applicable laws, or contain harmful or offensive material. We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice, and we are not liable for any content you upload or display through the platform.
Subscriptions and Payments
ScreenMi is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are presented during sign-up and are visible on your account dashboard. All subscription fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice. If payment is not received within the agreed period, we may suspend access to the platform until the outstanding balance is settled. Continued use of the platform following a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Limitation of Liability
The ScreenMi platform is provided "as is". We aim for high availability and reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance or outages in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Profuze B.V. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ScreenMi if you violate these terms or if continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will end and your data will be retained for a limited period in accordance with our Privacy Policy before being permanently deleted. Any outstanding fees at the time of termination remain due and payable.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our service, applicable law, or our business practices. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance — for example by email or by a notice within the platform. Your continued use of ScreenMi after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
